Chef Diego has a long lasting cuisine experience;
over 21 years of pure passion and commitment
to the highest culinary standards. Having served
in various restaurants and yachts in Europe and
the United States as Executive Chef under the
Michelin star, he is sure to deliver the most
refined and sophisticated dishes.
In recent years he has been working in Palma de
Mallorca, Antibes and Monaco on board
superyachts from 24m to 104m, charter and
private.
