He has been a chef on charter boats for the last 10 years. He is very experienced in Turkish, Greek and Italian cuisines and enthusiast of Japanese cuisine. He has several awards and teaches culinary arts in Istanbul in the off season. He speaks fluent English. His biggest hobby is fishing, and he lives in Istanbul with his wife and 3 children.

Sinem Gulsah Sari is a dedicated and highly skilled professional with a rich background in both sports and hospitality. Born with a passion for sports, she has led an active and disciplined life, excelling in competitive environments. Her journey began with a strong foundation in professional sports, where she played water polo for 4 years and swam competitively for 12 years. This experience taught her invaluable lessons in teamwork, perseverance, and the importance of high performance, which she now applies in her professional endeavors. Sinem also holds a Silver Service Certificate.
Before joining S/Y Le Pietre, Sinem served onboard S/Y Queen of Salmakis and Dolce Mare, where she showcased her ability to provide exceptional service. With a strong educational foundation from the University of Ioannina, where she is studying Nuclear Medicine Techniques, and a commitment to self-improvement, Sinem brings a unique blend of discipline, expertise, and enthusiasm to every project she undertakes.
