Welcome aboard the 103' INCEPTION, a yacht designed for both adventure and relaxation. Her striking exterior styling is complimented by an expertly designed layout, offering guests flexible, flowing spaces inside and on deck. INCEPTION features accommodations for 8/10 guests in 4/5 staterooms (all with ensuites), including a full-beam master suite with 270-degree panoramic views from the main deck and a full-beam forward VIP on the lower deck, each with king beds. Additionally, there are two well-appointed guest staterooms with queen beds, and an optional cabin with twin beds that may be considered for an additional fee. Entertainment options abound with interior and exterior bars, three al fresco dining areas, a large swim platform, and an expansive flybridge with choices for sun, shade, or soaking in the Jacuzzi. INCEPTION also has a 30′ Intrepid tender, two Jet Skis, two Seabobs, two paddle boards, two kayaks, two towables, and fishing gear. Fresh from a 2024 refit with numerous upgrades, INCEPTION has everything you need for the ultimate charter experience. *Please be advised that the Chef utilizes 1 cabin in the guest area*

CAPTAIN-MARTIN BARRIOS- MEXICAN
Captain Jason is a season captain with over 10 years of experience and a strong background in marine engineering. He has captained a range of yachts from 40ft- 150 ft, ensuring smooth operations and the highest standard of service on board. Growing up in South Africa, he found his passion to be around or in water, which led him to this career path. He is a certified Dive & Fly Board instructor, so guests will learn from the best during their stay on INCEPTION. Jason also enjoys surfing and kitesurfing on a nice day off.


STEWARDESS- Larashe Pretorius- SOUTH AFRICAN
Larashe, a South African native, started her Maritime career when she worked on fishing charter boat a couple years ago, and eventually moving to a Motor Yacht in early 2024. She has a strong foundation in hospitality and a passion for delivering top-tier service to her guests aboard INCEPTION. Her smile lights up the room whenever she walks in. Her happy-go-lucky attitude creates a seamless and enjoyable experience, not only for guests but her other crew members as well. Larashe’s favorite hobbies include watersports, fishing, swimming, & capturing beautiful photos of all the destinations she visits.


DECK/STEW - HANNAH HEYNS- NAMIBIAN
Hannah was born and raised in Namibia. Her favorite thing to do back then was horseback riding and training, which taught her patience and relaxation, but also showed her adventurous side who does not shy away from challenges. Hannah is a proactive and dedicated worker and has the capabilities to handle diverse personalities. She like all her colleagues and coworkers enjoy water sports, especially in the Bahamas. A fun fact about Hannah, is that she used to be a semi-professional tug-of-war athlete.


CHIEF OFFICER- SHANE NEVERSON- TRINIDAD & TOBAGO
Shane brings skill, charisma, and a touch of island charm to every charter journey. With over a decade of maritime experience spanning high-speed craft, luxurious yachts, and tug operations. Shane is a master of navigation, safety, and guest satisfaction. Whether he's orchestrating a beach setup for guests, piloting tenders and jet skis, or ensuring top-notch safety briefings, Shane blends professionalism with a genuine passion for the sea.


CHEF- VINCENT SMITH- SOUTH AFRICAN
Chef Vincent, born & raised in South Africa, brings world-class flavors to the open seas. With a wealth of experience in fine dining, private catering, and luxury hospitality, Chef Vincent is dedicated to crafting unforgettable culinary experiences. Vincent has worked as a private chef, curating outstanding menus for intimate gatherings and large-scale events, ensuring every dish is tailored to his clients’ tastes. His expertise extends to restaurant consulting, where he has developed innovative menus, optimized kitchen operations, and trained staff to uphold the highest standards. With a deep passion for exploring diverse food cultures, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence, Chef Vincent transforms every meal into a remarkable experience.
