When he's not at sea, Martin enjoys scuba diving, fishing, and sharing his knowledge with crew members. Kiara is a hardworking and energetic stewardess from South Africa with a strong background in both private and charter yachts. With experience on vessels up to 71m, she brings a solid foundation in interior detailing, laundry, housekeeping, and guest service- always delivered with professionalism and a warm smile. She has supported busy charters and high-end events, including the F1 Grand Prix and is confident working under pressure while maintaing high standards. Kiara is a strong team player with a proactive mindset. In her spare time she enjoys horse riding, snorkeling, scuba diving, photography, and hiking- always embracing adventure on land and sea.

Hailing from Tampico, Mexico, Juan Melendez brings a wealth of technical expertise and a can-do spirit to every charter experience. With a strong engineering background from the Merchant Nautical School of Tampico and extensive experience across both private and commercial vessels, Juan is the backbone of smooth onboard operations. Guests will appreciate his meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to safety and performance.

Beyond his professional skills, Juan is an avid waterman with a passion for fishing, kayaking, and swimming. When he's not on the water, you’ll likely find him running, keeping up with his fitness routine, or immersed in a good book. His discipline, reliability, and positive attitude make him a trusted and personable presence on board, ensuring every guest feels both safe and welcome.
