Welcome aboard the 103' INCEPTION, a yacht designed for both adventure and relaxation. Her striking exterior styling is complimented by an expertly designed layout, offering guests flexible, flowing spaces inside and on deck. INCEPTION features accommodations for 8/10 guests in 4/5 staterooms (all with ensuites), including a full-beam master suite with 270-degree panoramic views from the main deck and a full-beam forward VIP on the lower deck, each with king beds. Additionally, there are two well-appointed guest staterooms with queen beds, and an optional cabin with twin beds that may be considered for an additional fee. Entertainment options abound with interior and exterior bars, three al fresco dining areas, a large swim platform, and an expansive flybridge with choices for sun, shade, or soaking in the Jacuzzi. INCEPTION also has a 30′ Intrepid tender, two Jet Skis, two Seabobs, two paddle boards, two kayaks, two towables, and fishing gear. Hailing from Mexico, Captain Martin brings a dynamic blend of experience, dedication, and passion to every voyage, Martin has already carved out an impressive career in the yachting industry, with over six years of maritime experience and two years as a full-time captain. His journey has taken him across the Caribbean, the U.S., and Mexico. His strong engineering background ensures every journey is smooth and safe, while his friendly demeanor and commitment to service make guests feel right at home. When he's not at sea, Martin enjoys scuba diving, fishing, and sharing his knowledge with crew members. He believes in continuous learning, mutual respect, and always giving his best—values that shine through in every charter he leads.

STEWARDESS- KIARA NEL- SOUTH AFRICAN
Kiara is a hardworking and energetic stewardess from South Africa with a strong background in both private and charter yachts. With experience on vessels up to 71m, she brings a solid foundation in interior detailing, laundry, housekeeping, and guest service- always delivered with professionalism and a warm smile. She has supported busy charters and high-end events, including the F1 Grand Prix and is confident working under pressure while maintaing high standards. Kiara is a strong team player with a proactive mindset. In her spare time she enjoys horse riding, snorkeling, scuba diving, photography, and hiking- always embracing adventure on land and sea.

CHIEF OFFICER- JUAN MELENDEZ- MEXICO
Hailing from Tampico, Mexico, Juan Melendez brings a wealth of technical expertise and a can-do spirit to every charter experience. With a strong engineering background from the Merchant Nautical School of Tampico and extensive experience across both private and commercial vessels, Juan is the backbone of smooth onboard operations. Guests will appreciate his meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to safety and performance.

Beyond his professional skills, Juan is an avid waterman with a passion for fishing, kayaking, and swimming. When he's not on the water, you’ll likely find him running, keeping up with his fitness routine, or immersed in a good book. His discipline, reliability, and positive attitude make him a trusted and personable presence on board, ensuring every guest feels both safe and welcome.

Chef Vincent, born & raised in South Africa, brings world-class flavors to the open seas. With a wealth of experience in fine dining, private catering, and luxury hospitality, Chef Vincent is dedicated to crafting unforgettable culinary experiences. Vincent has worked as a private chef, curating outstanding menus for intimate gatherings and large-scale events, ensuring every dish is tailored to his clients’ tastes. His expertise extends to restaurant consulting, where he has developed innovative menus, optimized kitchen operations, and trained staff to uphold the highest standards.
