Panagiotis Mouchas is a highly motivated and experienced chef, dedicated to delivering memorable culinary experiences. He completed his culinary training at Le Monde Culinary School in Athens in November 2012. Since 2016, Panagiotis has honed his skills as a chef de partie in Athens and Nea Erythrea, and has excelled in roles as sous chef and head chef in Mykonos and Romanos, specializing in Mediterranean cuisine.
With a robust background in kitchen management, menu planning, and cost control, Panagiotis is committed to continuous improvement and approaches challenges with passion. His key skills include creating innovative recipes, managing kitchen operations effectively, ensuring food quality, and consistently preparing high-quality dishes.
