About this Yacht

Discover Sisu – Your Private, Owner-Operated Leopard 45 Welcome aboard Sisu, your gateway to laid-back luxury in the Virgin Islands. This isn’t your average charter boat — she’s our full-time home, cared for with a level of attention that borders on obsession (in the best way). Built in 2019, Sisu was privately sailed for several years before entering light charter service just three seasons ago. The result? A pristine Leopard 45 that still gleams like she just left the Robertson & Caine factory floor. Everything shines, everything works, and everything is exactly where it should be — because we live with it when you’re not here. We welcome just four guests at a time — no more — ensuring your week is intimate, spacious, and entirely unrushed. It’s like borrowing a very spoiled friend’s yacht… one who insists on pampering you at every turn. The Leopard 45 was built for people who love to live outside. Sisu’s oversized forward cockpit offers breezy, shaded comfort with unobstructed views — perfect for lounging while underway (no ducking the boom, no awkward headroom). Aft, you’ll find a full dining setup, loungers, sunbeds, Bluetooth speakers, and a shade awning that drops faster than sunset rum prices. The raised helm keeps the captain in the conversation (not stranded on a flybridge), and you’re always welcome to take the wheel and join in on the fun. Meals are fresh, colorful, and crafted with care — breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served daily, with three rotating options to choose from at each sitting. At 5 o’clock sharp, the cocktail shaker comes out, the playlists roll, and the toasts begin. Four guests. One immaculate catamaran. Two slightly nutty (and wildly fun) crew who’ll treat you like family from day one. Come let us ruin every other vacation you’ll ever take. ⸻ Water Toys & Diving – Because “Relaxing” Looks Different for Everyone Toy Locker Includes: • 2 Stand-Up Paddleboards • 2 Underwater scooters ($100 per charge) • 10-ft circular floating island • Full snorkel sets (masks, fins, and more) • Fishing gear (rods, lures — BVI fishing license required) We also offer an eFoil for rental ($200 per charge) — but for everyone’s safety (and for the eFoil’s continued survival), guests must first complete a short training session with a local professional instructor. We do not have a foiling instructor on board and strictly enforce this policy. SCUBA Diving is available directly from the yacht, led by Captain Frik, your onboard divemaster. Dives are $75 per person and include tanks, weights, and guided exploration. A dive compressor is on board, and we also offer rendezvous diving with local operators upon request. For optimal enjoyment and smooth sailing, we recommend one dive per day (no night dives), allowing plenty of time to relax, recharge, and travel to the next destination. Just bring your valid certification card — Petro will time the post-dive snacks perfectly.

Crew Info:

Captain Frik

Farm kid turned tech entrepreneur, Frik’s journey went something like this: grow up riding tractors, earn a PhD in computers/management/information systems, build and sell a company by 27… then trade boardrooms for blue water. He’s explored 106 countries (24 of them aboard Sisu), and never looked back.

A certified Rescue Diver and Divemaster, Frik is also a WWII warbird pilot, paragliding and ultralight enthusiast, and once — famously — turned his tent into makeshift elephant furniture. In his spare time, he writes novels, builds sailing apps, and co-produces the YouTube channel Sailing Sisu (16,000+ subscribers). And he still hasn’t run out of stories.

But what guests rave about most? Cocktail hour. Frik is a full-blown tiki nerd. He roasts his own spices, makes falernum from scratch, distills secret syrups, and squeezes every lime by hand. Each afternoon, he resurrects authentic 1934–1948 tiki recipes from Don the Beachcomber and Trader Vic’s — the real ones, not the neon tourist imitations. Every cocktail arrives with a splash of history: who invented it, which Hollywood star smuggled the recipe, or how it once bribed a naval admiral. From Zombies and Mai Tais to long-lost classics from yellowed notebooks, sundowners on Sisu are part mixology, part storytelling, and 100% legendary.

Chef & First Mate Petro

Once a corporate powerhouse, Petro built and ran two successful insurance brokerages before swapping high heels for bare feet and the open sea. She started sailing from scratch and quickly logged over 36,000 nautical miles — outrunning most in both ambition and actual speed.

An adrenaline junkie at heart, Petro has driven 4x4s through crocodile-infested rivers, flown gyrocopters over stampeding antelope, and pulled high-G Lomčevaks in an Extra 300 stunt plane — but still makes time to be the kind of hostess who gets actual poems in guest thank-you notes.

In the galley, Petro is a true artist. Every plate is a visual masterpiece — think vibrant colors, microgreens, edible flowers — and every dish is packed with rich, layered flavor. From Caribbean-Thai fusion to mango dessert sorcery, her cuisine is both daring and deeply comforting.

And just when guests think they’ve seen it all, Petro ups the ante with three themed dinners each week:
• Italian Night — red, white, and green everywhere, candles, handmade pasta, and a tiramisu that might make you propose.
• Moroccan Night — spice-laden dishes, colorful lanterns, and a feast that feels like a Marrakech dream.
• Pirates of the Caribbean Night — treasure chests, scattered doubloons, spooky skulls, Captain Jack Sparrow eyeliner on Frik (don’t
ask), and seafood Calypso herself would approve of.

Together, Frik and Petro turn every charter into an unforgettable blend of adventure, flavor, and fun — where you don’t just feel like a guest… you feel like family.
