The Croatian coast is the stuff of dreams and memories. It is a patchwork of bays and backwaters, of inlets and islands (over 1200 of them) and of coves and caves. Cruising that coast on Joansea, your chartered Lagoon 46, anchoring those islands and inlets, relaxing in those bays and backwaters and exploring those caves and coves under the experienced hand of Skipper is more than a holiday, it is a life-expense. Adam Stobnicki is more than just one of the best and most knowledgeable skippers in the Adriatic, he is a host par excellence. He is all about bringing you and yours into the wonderful world of Dalmatia. A world of culture and cuisine, rich in history and charm. Adam does this through his uncanny ability to take your expectations and desires and match them with the perfect mix of well-known locations and secret spots known only to a true local. And he does it too, through his exquisite skills as a chef. Not only can he barbeque like the best of them but he is a master of the traditional Dalmatian cooking style that is the Peka.
