George have worked in the Yachting industry for over 18 years, on both sail and power
vessels.He is an experienced sailor and Captain of almost any type and size of
pleasure vessels. Sailing has been pretty much his field of expertise ever since he
remembers himself through the different occasions in dinghy racing and offshore
sailing, commercial or pleasure boats. Throughout his career he has provided a
five star yacht program and experience for owners and guests, utilizing his
experience managing crew, safety operations and protocols, compliance, yacht
maintenance and program operation.

Konstantinos Tsakiridis
Konstantinos is a skilled private chef based in Athens, Greece, with over seven years of experience in yacht and restaurant dining. Specializing in menu development, food preparation, and kitchen management, he has earned recognition, including 3rd place in the Emerald category at the Emmys 2024 Chef competition. His last role was as yacht chef aboard Valium 55 S/Y (16m), where he crafted tailored menus, ensured high-quality presentation, and assisted with deck operations. Previously, he worked on Arktos M/S (35m) and Freedom M/Y (24m Alalunga), managing kitchen operations and hygiene compliance. His restaurant experience includes head chef at Enjoy Paros Restaurant (2021) and sous chef roles at Mr Dim Asian Eatery. Holding a Culinary Arts Diploma from Omiros College and a Mathematics degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, he is fluent in Greek and English and possesses STCW Basic Certification and a Speed Boat License. Adaptable and efficient under pressure, he is an asset in any culinary setting.
Deckhand : Anastasia Karagianni
Anastasia was born in 1986 in the city of Athens.
Since the age of 10, she traveled with her family on several boats when it was not
before the age of 19 that she realized that she was in love with two things; To be
close to the sea and to work behind the cameras as director.
Five years ago, while she was working on the television show "Master Chef Greece"
and many other television projects, she realized that she was missing the smell of
the sea...She started producing video and photo shoots of yachts while working on a
sailboat.Her strong empathy and attention to others help create a relaxed and pleasant
atmosphere on board. Anastasia works hard and goes above and beyond to make
your experience memorable, always with her cheerful and smiling attitude.
Anastasia is always helpful and looks forward to welcoming guests and providing
an exceptional charter in the beautiful Greek Islands.
