Jim is a well experienced captain and has been at the helm of Windweaver of Pennington for 4 years. He is the spirit of the yacht and knows her inside out. He has a great knowledge of all the wonderful sailing grounds and will take you to an unforgettable sailing experience. Throughout his career Jim has sailed around the world two times!

She has excellent organizational skills, is dedicated to practical tasks and is meticulous by nature.
