Laurent joined the Yachting industry in 1987, where he started at Eze sur Mer in 1987 at 19 years old with a Riva “Super Florida” for water skiing and a “Riva SuperAquarama” for day trips charter between St Tropez, Cannes, Monaco, and northern Italy. With 30 years of experience and extensive technical knowledge in yachting, Laurent has spent 21 of those years as a yacht captain, as for example on M/Y Miss Claudia (82 feet), on M/Y PASSION IV (72 feet), on M/Y NO ONE SLEEPS (72 feet), on M/Y SPLENDID V (Pershing, 68 feet). For the 2024 season, he held the position of Captain on M/Y KOKONUT’S WALLY (86,1 feet).
Laurent is well organized, and consistent in his work. He has good attention to details, and very attentive to the guest’s comforts, needs and safety. Naturally discreet, service oriented, he also makes sure that he instils this to his crew.
He embodies the quintessence of calm and assurance, even in the most delicate situations. Laurent always demonstrates an exceptional mastery not only of sailing, but also of manoeuvring, which he executes with precision. His ability to efficiently assist, carry out and supervise repairs, maintenance and regular service operations guarantees reliability and safety.

Since her childhood, Irina spent years on her family’s fishing boat where she acquired fundamental skills such as operating, maintaining, servicing, and ensuring safety. In 2022 she joined the yachting industry as Sole Stew on MY LISA 20m, MY LITTLE JOY 29m and Sole Stew/Cook on MY NOI TOY 26m. Maintenance of the interior, hospitality service, inventories, cooking was part of her daily basic work, as well as helping with docking and anchoring.

She is extremely motivated, hard-working and reliable person, with a strong work ethic and organizational skills. She is attentive and anticipates guests’ needs such as offering them cooling face towels after a day walk or during a sunbathing, and proposing them refreshing infused water.
As cook, she enjoys Mediterranean, French and Italian cuisines. Irina has a creative approach to blending recipes and imagination, crafting meals that are both nutritious and flavorful. She always prioritizes simplicity and high-quality ingredients to deliver healthy, satisfying dishes. Her signature dish is the Mushroom risotto, this dish embodies Italian vibes.
When she is not on board, Irina loves doing sailing races/regattas and traveling. She also likes jogging, swimming and cooking.
