YOUR CAPTAIN
Stjepan Ćesić was born and raised in Split, Croatia. He has 23 years of sailing experience in „optimist“, „laser“, „470“ and large sailing yachts. He won two silver medals at Optimist World Championship.
After faculty of kinesiology he worked as a professional sailing coach for 6 years and spent the last 8 summers skippering across the Adriatic Sea as well as delivered many yachts across Europe.

YOUR STEWARDESS
Nadja Bonaci is a hardworking, organised, motivated, professional, patient and reliable with professional with more than three years of experience in the hospitality industry. She has extreme passion for service and a dedication to guest satisfaction. Nadja is skilled in providing high-quality service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

YOUR CHEF
Ivan Bohinc is a seasoned professional chef with twelve years of experience in hotel and restaurant kitchens. With a background in five-star establishments like Westin in Zagreb, he has honed his skills across various kitchen stations, from breakfast to main dishes and appetizers. Transitioning to the role of chef at "Mašklin i Lata," a fish restaurant, further enriched his culinary expertise. In Austria, he excelled as a chef de partie at Hotel Peternhof, managing a diverse range of tasks including a la carte cooking, preparing main dishes, and overseeing team members. His culinary journey took an adventurous turn when he completed the "Vodan" skipper academy course in Croatia, leading him to become a chef on sailing yachts. Most recently, he showcased his talents as a chef de partie at Zagreb's renowned restaurant "Boban," earning accolades from prestigious guides like Michelin, Gault & Millau, and Falstaff. Throughout his career, he remains dedicated to upholding high standards of food safety and sanitation while ensuring a meticulously organized and clean cooking environment.
