His impressive background includes positions in some of the world’s most acclaimed kitchens, such as Chef de Partie at Michelin-starred restaurants Le Gavroche, The Ledbury, Gordon Ramsay, and Pied à Terre in London. He has also served as Executive Chef at La Maltese Estate and as Sous Chef at the prestigious Amanzoe Hotel in Porto Heli, Greece. In the yachting industry, Chef Anastasios has worked on M/Y Inspiration and M/Y Almyra II. Additionally, he has extensive experience in high-end private dining and exclusive events, consistently delivering exceptional cuisine with elegant presentation, flawless execution, and a focus on sourcing seasonal and local ingredients.
