His extensive cruising background includes the Bahamas, Caribbean, and the U.S. East Coast. Guests and brokers alike consistently praise his calm leadership style, meticulous planning, and dedication to flawless charter execution.

Originally from Illinois with roots in Southern California, Bryan’s diverse professional background—from hospitality to wine retail to construction—gives him a hands-on, guest-focused approach. Onboard, he’s known not just for his operational expertise, but for creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere that makes guests feel right at home.
